My name is Alyssa Okar and I am currently an AADP board certified Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and lover of life. I am also pursuing my PHD in Integrative Medicine at Quantum University.

Through my health journey, I recognized the value of harnessing vitality in our mind, body and spirit. When we are in an optimal state of health it expands the possibilities and energy to create our life's dreams and desires. As a Quantum Health Coach I facilitate and guide you on the path of vitality so your mind and your body are working in coherence. I use many modalities such as Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Circadian Rhythm Balancing, Nutrition, Massage, Energy Work, ect. to create higher coherence in the mind and body. I develop an-individual approach to each client so every session is going to be versatile and based on your health goals and needs.
