I offer body-positive massage therapy services, specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Thai Massage modalities. Each session is curated to meet your individual goals and needs, whether that is addressing specific areas of pain or tension, achieving a state of deep relaxation, or the management of chronic conditions.

I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at the Wellness Massage Center & Institute (VT) - the most established and comprehensive program in the state. The 750-Hour program covered training in Anatomy & Physiology, Cupping, Deep Tissue Massage, Kinesiology, Neuromuscular Therapy, PNF Stretching, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Thai Massage.

To advance my deep tissue massage skills, I completed the foundational and advanced trainings in the Forearm Fusion technique at the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks (PA).

I am also Board Certified. Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB®) is the highest credential within the massage and bodywork profession. It demonstrates advanced assessment and critical thinking abilities; and provides credibility to current and prospective clients.

I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) as well as a certified yoga and meditation instructor and SEL facilitator through 200-Hour Breathe for Change program.
