I go by Maria and I've been a LMT since 2016

It is my intention to provide high quality care to all individuals using effective massage therapy techniques in support of your well being. I have worked with a variety of health conditions and create customized treatment plans. Work with me if you want help to improve your life in athletics, grounded and at peace.

At BHB you also get dog therapy! Chancho is a street dog that adopted me when I lived in SoOR. He works most days. I have an air purifier and clean frequently

My continued education is in: Deep Tissue, Structural Integration, Sports Massage(METs/PnF) , Advanced Myofascial Release Technique, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Thai Bodyworks.

I have also taken classes on oncology massage, reiki, lymphatic, jin shin do.

I love me so good books! I have read books on ashiatsu, Trager method, somatic bodywork, Rolfing. I continue to be expanding my awareness of the healing arts. Advanced myofascial release is what I have been investing deeply into with Professor Til Luchua which is a blend of Rolfing, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy and somatic bodywork.

My ideal people will be every day athletes, to professional level and all the good citizens of our community. If you really want to change your life ask me about creating a plan for you. This will take a commitment from both of us and if I feel I cannot provide adequate care, I will refer you to another provider.

My rates and availability are online as stated. I offer a discount of $5 when paid in cash. I also offer a student and low income rate.

When I am not working, I am walking with Chancho sniffing all the things, gazing at the sky, to many hobbies that I am not any good at any of them, and enjoying time with friends and family.
