The intent of my bodywork is to help facilitate the natural healing and efforts of the body to maintain an optimum level of operation. My work is intended to be received by individuals who take not only their physical health and wellness seriously, but also their mental and spiritual balance as a top priority.

Able are we, together, to address issues regarding chronic pain as a result of repetitive motion from workplace lifestyle and modern day convenience resulting in a deficit of musculoskeletal engagement. Piriformis syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, chronic low back pain, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, headaches, cervical and thoracic (head and neck) stiffness and pain are some of the issues that can be addressed in regards to pain alleviation services. To those already walking the path of personal wellness. I offer my hands and efforts as an aid to recovery. Bodywork sessions to help speed physical recovery after extenuating use or even surgery. Sessions geared towards grounding and mental clarity.

What I want you to expect from this engagement is a devotion of my time, energy, knowledge, skills and intention - to be welcome and received by you for the benefit of your wellbeing. Once the date is agreed upon we begin with an intake form of relevant medical history and some questions about your reasons for seeking my hands and the techniques you desire and will allow to be performed on you. From there, I will develop a plan of action for your session. Upon the day of arrival, I will go over a brief explanation of what will be done and then we will commence.

My practice is mobile. So you may rest assured that my work can be administered in the comfort of your home and at a time that is convenient for both of us.
