Jae is a licensed massage therapist & the founder of Sun Hands Massage & Bodywork. Since 2016, her work has centered around slow, intuitive bodywork that allows the nervous system to soften while gently addressing areas of tension in the body. By working at an intentionally unhurried pace, Jae creates space for the body, breath, & mind to reconnect -- allowing each session to unfold naturally & meet the client exactly where they are.

With a calm, down-to-earth presence, Jae is known for helping people feel comfortable enough to let their guard down. Their work blends modalities & is guided by the belief that meaningful change in the body happens best with patience, presence, trust, & care. Jae feels especially honored to support those moving through grief, healing from difficult experiences, or simply seeking a quiet place to return to themselves.
