Welcome to River Roots Massage - therapeutic massage focused on helping you move, feel, and function better. Specializing in TMJ dysfunction and intraoral massage therapy, treatments are designed to address jaw pain, clenching, teeth grinding, headaches, migraines, facial tension, neck pain, and related discomfort patterns that often stem from chronic muscular tension and stress.

With nearly 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist, River Roots Massage brings a deep understanding of jaw anatomy, muscle function, and the patterns that contribute to TMJ pain and dysfunction. This background helps provide thoughtful, targeted care aimed at helping each client find meaningful and improved daily comfort.

Intraoral TMJ massage works directly with the muscles of the jaw, face, and neck to help reduce pain, inprove mobility, ease tension, and support more comfortable daily function such as chewing, speaking, and sleeping.

Alongside TMJ focused care, Rive Roots Massage also offers therapeutic massage tailored to your individual needs - whether you are seeking pain relief, injury support, stress reduction, relaxation, or ongoing, wellness maintenance. Each session is customized to support both physical and nervous system restoration in a calm, grounded environment.
