Finding a passion for sports at a very young age, I grew up as a full-time jiu-jitsu athlete, with the ultimate goal of making that my lifelong career. However, when I suffered from many series of injuries, I began to realize there might be a bigger purpose for me in life than jiu-jitsu. That is when I found sports medicine & more specifically, a love for massage/bodywork.

Fast forward & here I am 10+ years in, back to training jiu-jitsu, & now as a licensed massage therapist! Whether it’s more for relaxation or to fix chronic issues, I generally take a clinical approach to massage that meets the needs of every client individually.

My goal is to tap into the mind, break down the body to aid in recovery, & keep you performing at your best every single day.
