For your convenience a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. We understand emergencies occur and will work with you when that happens. For all appointments cancelled less than 48 hours a fee will be assessed a medical condition prevents your attendance.

Gift certificates expire 5 years from date of purchase. Dormancy fees in the amount of 2% monthly will be assessed after 1 year of issue and continue until either used or the value of the certificate is zero at 5 years. Unused prepaid package visits expire after 1 year after purchase and the value of the remainder will be applied to then current pricing.
