As the proud owner of Restful Moments Massage, I work towards easing aches and pains or just a general need to relax for a moment. Life is busy and massage can help you take a second to rest and regroup as well as increase wellness.

I have always felt an empathetic need to help people. So after years as a caregiver and seeing how even the smallest hand and foot massage helped those in my care, I decided to become a Massage Therapist.
I attended Mind Body Institute of Traverse City, Mi in 2021 and graduated a top student. From there I went on to open my own office in Petoskey. I have a certification in Bamboo Fusion Massage which uses warm bamboo sticks to relax tight muscles and I am trained in Reflexology and Reiki Energy.
