Please understand I am appointment based only, please kindly arrive to your appointment on time to assure you get your full hands-on time.

Any reason your therapist is late you will be compensated; otherwise, you will only receive the remaining time of your session.

There is a 5-minute grace period, after 15 minutes Of no call no show, your session is cancelled.

No refunds but I am happy to reschedule you to my next open availability.
