SOMA (Rolf) Structural Integration® is deep tissue fascial bodywork as taught by Ida Rolf. Powerful treatment sessions can be stand alone, but most folks seeking true change opt for an 11 session full transformation series. You need to ensure a solid foundation when you are remodeling a home, and your body also needs the same honoring and attention. Elizabeth has been a bodyworker & yoga teacher since 2003, and takes great pride in her professional approach, deep healing relationships and BodyMind® Method approach.

Elizabeth loves adventure, has a playful spirit and isa safe space for transformation in mind, body & spirit. Her Soma Bodywork practice tends to be full of mental health counselors, social workers, surgeons, nurses and adventure sports lovers. She will assess biomechanics, give you bits of movement homework and hold safe, trauma informed space. Part of your 11-session Soma Body Therapy experience includes a unique online portal with movement integrations and optional additional BodyMind® Coaching for a comprehensive whole-person healing journey.

Elizabeth had additional focuses in Womens Pelvic Health, Interoral Massage, Polarity Therapy and Cranial Sacral.
