SOMA (Rolf) Structural Integration® is deep tissue fascial bodywork as taught by Ida Rolf. Powerful treatment sessions can be stand alone, but most folks seeking true change opt for an 11 session full transformation series. You need to ensure a solid foundation when you are remodeling a home, and your body also needs the same honoring and attention. Elizabeth has been a bodyworker & yoga teacher since 2003, and takes great pride in her professional approach, deep healing relationships and BodyMind® Method approach.
