Welcome! I’m Sara Carlstrom, the founder and Licensed Massage Therapist behind Healing Hummingbird Apothecary and Massage. As a License Massage Therapist since 2010, my passion has been helping people find their way back to a life free from discomfort. I believe that true healing happens when clinical expertise meets a deeply comforting environment. That is why I specialize in the effective relief of Medical Massage, and the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki work.

If you are living with chronic pain, or if you are navigating the physical and emotional exhaustion of a recent Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), please know that you are not alone, and your body can feel good again. My studio is a peaceful, inviting sanctuary where you can step away from the stresses of life and simply breathe. Together, we will listen to what your body is telling us and design an effective path toward lasting relief and renewal.

I am so glad you found your way here, and I look forward to welcoming you into my space.
