My Minneapolis-based massage practice is open from November - April. I close for the summer season from May 1 - Oct. 31 annually.

Fit Well Fresh let's you choose a no-pressure approach to wellness. There are no high pressure sales tactics, no recurring bills and we won't ever lock you into a contract you can't get out of when things in your life change. Rather than increase the cost of your session based on the products or tools used, my pricing is based 100% on the time of your session and includes any of the add-on options listed. (Hot Stone option requires a minimum of 20 minute advance notice.)
