Back in the day, I was heavily into gymnastics and soccer, reaching pretty high levels in both. This background gave me a solid understanding of how the body works and how to prevent those pesky injuries. I even got myself a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology to dive even deeper into the science behind it all.

But it's not just about the books for me; I'm all about putting theory into practice. That's why I'm dedicated to providing personalized care that's tailored to each individual, helping them reach their peak health and fitness.

Outside of the studio, I've got another passion: firefighting. Yup, you heard that right. I'm on a mission to serve and protect my community in every way I can. It's all about making a positive impact wherever I go.
