Kathleen has a passion for helping others get out of pain and achieve their muscle recovery goals. Her clients range from triathlon athletes and military personnel to the elderly.

Teresa, with over 12 years of experience, graduated from Sandhills Community College in 2013 and is licensed in North Carolina. With a background in healthcare, she provides personalized treatments that ease pain, relieve stress, and promote relaxation. Teresa creates a welcoming environment where comfort and healing are always the top priorities.

Alondra, a licensed massage therapist with 3.5 years of experience, having earned her associate's in therapeutic massage from Sandhills Community College. She’s excited to help you relax, recharge, and feel your best, offering evening and weekend appointments to fit your schedule.

Stephanie is a cosmetologist with 20+ years of experience, offering skincare treatments, Reiki, and waxing services. She also does hair upstairs at Beautiopia.

We’re located in downtown Southern Pines inside Beautiopia Hair Salon (the blue house with the pink door). Go straight back to the double pink doors for a private, quiet area dedicated to massage and facials.
