At Mindful Body Therapeutic Massage I do not charge extra for usually available add-ons. Heat elements, bamboo, high quality massage creme: the beneficial elements you would pay extra for elsewhere are included.

Why? Results. These elements assists with the therapeutic work to ensure you of my main goal- uniting your Mindful Body, making a more complete you. Too much of the time we are out of touch with how much physical pain we are in. The stress we apply to all aspects of our life and thinking it is perfectly normal to hurt this much. Until you learn it can be better your mind stays disconnected. One therapeutic massage is usually enough to know what you have been neglecting.
