Co-owner of Balanced Bodywork and Massage of Lake Placid and Keene Valley Massage, Sherri utilizes her 20 years of experience to provide clients bodywork that helps them feel and live better.

After graduating from Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York in 2002, she has practiced in various settings such as spas, offices, clients' homes, lodges & camps.

Sherri believes in the human body's amazing ability to heal itself, and the body responds positively to different modalities of alternative healing. She truly enjoys helping people relieve stress and tension, recover from injuries, prepare for their goals in sports, and improve their quality of life.

Skilled in Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Swedish, and Pregnancy massage, she works with clients of all ages, and customizes each massage to the client's individual needs. One thing clients have said over the years is they appreciate how she listens to their concerns, and gives just the right amount of pressure, whether they were looking for deep work or relaxation.
