The Stretch Lady specializes in Customized Mobility Techniques that include Assisted and Passive Stretching, Structural Bodywork and Massage, Relaxation Techniques through Yoga-Based Movement and Breathwork and Life Coaching for performance enhancement. Her certifications include LMBT, CBP, CMP, E-RYT and YACEP. She has a BS in Communications from Florida State University. Rest assured—these are much more than conglomerations of acronyms! Each of these represent unique certifications that allow Aly to bring pain relief and mastery of your body into to your life.

Massage methods include: various cupping techniques, IASTM (scraping), percussive massage gun usage, multiple massage modalities that are tailored to your needs each session. Mobility specialties include: assisted, passive, athletic, therapeutic, yoga and Thai stretching. Sessions may include hot towels, hot stones and kinesiology taping. All are included in all sessions, there is no additional charge for these modalities or services.

The goal is to assist the healing process in your body. If you are open to continuous self-care and self-actualization, then you are in the right place. Don’t be surprised if you get “homework” in between sessions to make sure you are getting the most out of your body. Assessment and reassessment in your body mechanics will assure you are creating the change in your body that you desire.

HSA and FSA are accepted for all sessions and series. First time clients will be required to partially pre-pay, existing clients will not require pre-payment.
