About The Stretch Lady

The Stretch Lady specializes in Customized Mobility and Bodywork Techniques designed to reduce pain, improve movement, and enhance performance. Sessions may include assisted and passive stretching, structural bodywork and massage, yoga-based movement and breathwork, and performance-focused life coaching.

Aly holds certifications including LMBT, CBP, CMP, E-RYT, and YACEP, along with a BS in Communications from Florida State University. Her advanced training allows her to create highly personalized sessions focused on helping you move and feel better in your body.

Getting Started

All new clients begin with a New Student Assessment or New Adult Assessment to ensure the best therapeutic fit and create a customized plan moving forward.
HSA and FSA are accepted for all sessions and series. First time clients will be required to partially pre-pay, existing clients will not require pre-payment.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include:

Assisted, passive, athletic, therapeutic, yoga, and Thai stretching
Cupping techniques
IASTM (scraping)
Percussive massage therapy
Hot towels, hot stones, and kinesiology taping

All modalities are included at no additional cost.

The Approach

The goal is to support your body’s healing process through consistent care and improved body awareness. Clients may receive personalized exercises or “homework” between sessions to maximize results.

Payment

HSA and FSA accepted for all sessions and series.
First-time clients require partial prepayment; existing clients do not.
