We offer a wide range of massage including swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, cupping, and trigger point therapy. At times, stretching is used as well.

When a client is booked with Arica they are booked by time because we believe thatevery session should and will be different. Sometimes slow, Swedish glides areneeded to calm the nervous system and allow the body to escape that fight orflight stress response. Sometimes trigger point, deep tissue, or cupping are needed toprovide relief from the physical pain. And almost every time myofascial techniques are used because, at the end of the day, we sincerely believe that everyone can benefit from slowing down.
