When a client is booked with Arica they are booked by time because we believe that every session should and will be different. Sometimes slow, Swedish glides are needed to calm the nervous system and allow the body to escape that fight or flight stress response. Sometimes trigger point, deep tissue, or cupping are needed to provide relief from the physical pain. And almost every time myofascial techniques are used because, at the end of the day, we sincerely believe that everyone can benefit from slowing down.
