Welcome to my world of wellness and transformation! My journey into the realm of healing arts was an unexpected adventure, ignited by the nudges and encouragement of those around me. Initially contemplating a career in nursing, fate intervened when my colleagues at a pediatric office recognized my knack for easing their tension with a few well-placed massages. Their persistent nudges led me to explore the world of massage therapy, and from that moment on, I was hooked.

The early days of my practice were filled with wonder and discovery, as I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of touch on the human body. One memorable experience stands out—a nurse colleague, my very first client, found relief from her discomfort and newfound freedom of movement after a session with me. It was then that I realized my calling: to help others live better lives through the power of healing touch.

Over the years, my journey has evolved and expanded in remarkable ways. With over 500 hours of continuing education under my belt, I've delved deep into the intricacies of the human body, learning not only how it works but also how to optimize its function and mobility. Transitioning from a massage chain to a medical massage clinic allowed me to hone my skills in injury treatment, chronic pain management, and sports massage, laying the foundation for the work I do today.

My path took a pivotal turn when I discovered the transformative potential of pediatric massage therapy. Reflecting on my own childhood struggles with aches and pains, I felt a deep resonance with the young souls seeking relief from discomfort. It became my mission to empower children to explore alternative avenues of pain management beyond medication, instilling in them a sense of agency over their own well-being.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of holistic wellness, I embarked on a journey into the realms of nutritional therapy and fitness. Struggling to maintain a healthy weight in adulthood, I delved into the science of nutrition, seeking to heal myself and others from within. The discovery of functional fitness and CrossFit not only strengthened my body but also ignited a passion for coaching and motivating others to embrace a life of vitality and resilience.

Today, as I stand at the helm of my own practice, I am fueled by a singular vision: to create a sanctuary of wellness where individuals and families can thrive. My dream of establishing a wellness center in my community, grounded in the latest advancements in biohacking, personalized nutrition, massage therapy, and functional fitness, fuels my every endeavor.

My journey is one of continuous growth, learning, and evolution. And as I walk this path, I am honored to walk alongside you, guiding you towards a life of boundless health, vitality, and joy. Welcome to my story. Welcome to the journey. Together, let's unlock the limitless potential within.
