Having a medical background, I believe everyones needs are different and can vary daily which is why I offer custom therapeutic massage at all inclusive pricing. At R&R every appointment includes a client interview where I learn about you, your issues, and your medical conditions then we form a custom treatment plan to address your current needs. All modalities or "tools" are included, for services 60+ minutes, at no extra cost as needed/desired, to provide a thorough, healing experience including swedish and deep tissue massage, hot and cold stone therapy, cupping (I use the latest electric cupping equipment), aromatherapy, K-taping, and hot towels. As a special needs mom of a child on the autism spectrum, I have seen how massage can be a therapeutic tool for many conditions and people of all ages. Massage is an integral part of any healthy lifestyle. I personally found massage invaluable for recovery during my own 55 lb weight loss journey.
