I created this practice because so many of us are living in constant stress — functioning, surviving, pushing through — but rarely truly resting.

Modern life keeps the nervous system on high alert. Over time, that shows up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, and disconnection from the body.

I wanted to create a space where people could experience real restoration — not just temporary relief, but a deeper reset.
