Office Policies

Cancelation: Minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the service.
Late arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time. Full payment still applies.
Payment: Due at the end of your session. Optional prepayment is available. ALL NEW CLIENTS are required to prepay for their initial visit.
Refunds: Massage services and gift certificates are non-refundable.
