The magic of human transformation is rooted deeply within the foundation of my practice. My passion is helping female clients become the best version of themselves by experiencing the ongoing physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional benefits of massage therapy.

A licensed practitioner since 2009, I have worked with a myriad of medical issues and those who are simply seeking stress relief and relaxation. I’m certified in Orthopedic Massage, Deep Tissue, Vedic Thai Bodywork, and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. Ashiatsu, more commonly known as “Barefoot Massage", is one of my favorite modalities.

In 2018, Circle of Light Massage was voted one of the Top 3 BEST Places to Get Massage in Lexington by the Herald Leader. I was added to the Cirque du Soleil Massage Therapist Roster that same year.

Circle of Light means flowing with joy and gratitude. What we put into the world we also receive. The circle represents wholeness, the Self, eternity, infinity and cyclic movement. Light represents the connected energy between all beings and the unlimited potential within us all.
