Hello prospective client!

7 years ago I graduated from intensive massage program at University of Western States in Portland Oregon where I had 768 hours of professional massage therapy training.

I do my own take on a functional deep tissue massage following a deep flow with relaxation as priority, we can also adjust to more focused and clinical if that your preferred style.
I have an intuitive pressure and can always adjust to my client's pressure needs. I have had a ton of massage myself and understand what feels good and what does not. I always want you feeling secure and relaxed in my care.

In my life I have done plenty of massage with family, friends, and clients providing massage in many environments including a few large sporting events, conferences, in office chair massage, organized social get togethers such as birthdays, reunions, dinners, baby showers, festivals, shows, working in spas, at chiropractic offices, and once I volunteered at a cancer clinic! ( I'm open to more ways to give back to communities in need if you have ideas) So many environments with massage experience and through it all I have blessed to keep massage as a passion with a light work schedule broken up with a few long traveling stints.

Personality wise my disposition is casual and down to earth. I am friendly but tend not to talk much so you can relax into your body as one of the best things about massage is the kind of mediative state you feel when there is nothing to focus on other than your breath and being. It is also super helpful getting feedback throughout the massage if any adjustments are needed otherwise i will follow what feels right to me!

Most appointments I schedule only a few days ahead as my schedule is not concrete.
