Keep focus on staying well hydrated especially the day after and before the massage- not just all before the appointment.

Stretching and heating the muscles (soak, hot shower, light exercise, heating pad) and/or relaxing are suggested before you arrive / I arrive!

In mobile massage I have been asking people to provide their own speaker and IF they have them, or I will gladly bring mine too- two twin size sheets, a pillowcase, and a blanket to keep you warm. Option for heat, heat pad or put a wet washcloth in the microwave.

I also provide massage for events and have participated in athletic events such as Hood to Coast and Shamrock run, summits and conventions like WDS at the Snitzer, at music events, in long-term care facilities, and in many in office or social business get-togethers - It is an awesome addition to events.

I do multi-hour massages also. Up to 3 hours. minimum 90min

This is quality massage whether Deep tissue massage or Swedish/spa style massage.

Other notes:

It is preferred to have at least a days notice though occasionally I have same day appointments available.

Allergies- to oils, scents, cotton, or any other well being threatening allergies.

ALL contraindication for massage and relevant health history such as skin, muscular, cardiac, pulmonary issues, bodily injuries, recent or applicable surgeries.

Points of focus for your massage- your areas of pain/tension and your intended goal for receiving massage this session or the future. (relaxation, a kink in your neck, self-care, touch, balancing muscles, general health, ect)

Sometimes I am able to be flexible with my schedule. Please ask if you need to alter appointment time but please try to be respectful with my time! I sometime will ask for time adjustments as sometimes traffic gets bad or there is a more convenient time while coordinating with other clients in your area to avoid excessive driving.

It takes a lot of energy and effort to give a great massage, especially if I am doing mobile massage bringing all my things (table, sheets, music, Clorox wipes, massage oils and liniments), carrying them in, and not to mention the time, effort, and cost of driving to people's homes. So I appreciate when you communicate with me as soon as possible when you need something changed and when you express appreciation when you enjoy it and redirection if you don't though I do a great job at mind reading its not 100%. I'm glad to be a massage therapist! It definitely hurts my wrists/hands/back though, especially compounded with years in the business so I keep my numbers of appointments reasonably low.
