Laura graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in August of 2022. She is also a certified practitioner of both the Alexander Method of Vibrational Sound and Energy Therapy™ and the Alexander Method of Vibrational Sound and Body Therapy™, as well as a yoga, aerial yoga, and fitness instructor.

After 10 years in the corporate world where stress was a daily struggle, Laura found yoga where she learned how to breath. From there, her interest only grew when she took an aerial yoga class and said “I gotta learn how to teach this”. After achieving her goal of becoming an aerial yoga instructor in the same year that she obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher certification and an MBA, she picked up additional information and certifications that eventually led her to becoming a massage therapist.

“I want people to feel good. Every person's wellness journey is different, and I hope with my skills that I will be able to address not only physical ailments, but energetic ones as well. I believe that people deserve to live a life free of pain and suffering and I am passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals.”
