I hold a deep belief in the body's and ability to heal, and in massage therapy as one of the many meaningful pathways back to balance and wholeness. My work is rooted in supporting people through their everyday lives-easing stress, calming anxiety, and relieving pain and tention by engaging both body and mind through a blended approach of massage and energy work.

Every session is uniquely shaped by the person on the table. Each individual carries their own history, experiences, and relationship with their body, and that naturally informs the style, pace, and needs of their massage. As Iain Thomas beautifully expressed, "The conversation between your fingers and someone else's skin is the most important conversation you will ever have."
