Lily believes strongly in the bodys natural ability to heal itself, and loves supporting clients to find their way back to themselves. She is honored and excited to be a part of the Shanti Center, and grateful to be in community with so many incredible healers.

In her free time Lily loves to dance, hike and be in nature. She is an avid herbalist and cook. A lifelong dancer and lover of all things natural medicine, Lily is dedicated to a holistic approach to healing. She incorporates mindfulness into her sessions and herbs into her oils. Pulling from a diverse pool of skills and modalities, each session meets you where you are, and tailors the experience to what your body is calling for. Lily honors the importance of a grounded body, a regulated nervous system, and a calm mind as the foundation for deep healing. Through mindful touch and grounded presence, clients are invited to tune into the innate wisdom of the body. Lily believes in the power of touch to heal and rejuvenate, creating a serene environment for your experience.
