I studied at The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in Austin, TX, from 2010 to 2012, completing both the 500-hour core massage therapy program and the 270-hour Advanced Clinical Training (ACT) program. The ACT program taught me a therapeutic approach to massage for individuals with chronic pain and injuries. Additionally, I hold a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage, which is beneficial for reducing edema caused by surgery or injury and for pain management.
