New Clients, A one time security fee of $25 (fully refundable used for appointment) needs to be paid by e-transfer to jvanin90@gmail.com in order to book first appointment due to an increase of no shows and late cancellations

Cancelations/No shows, 24 hours notice is preferred, A fee of 50% of appointment time will be charged for 12 hrs notice 100% fee will be charged if under 6 hour notice and no shows payment due before rescheduling

In order to Secure your appointment time, Please leave your email, and or cell number, reminders are automatic please do not reply to these I will not receive it. Reminders will be emailed 24 hrs and 4 hrs texted before your appointment in order to avoid no shows thank you. 24hrs is needed to avoid cancelation fee, no shows are not tolerated 100% fee charged and note you will not be able to reschedule until fee is paid.
