As both an Air Force Reservist and Air Force Spouse I've enjoyed traveling and living in many different locations. When the military moved our family to Scott AFB in 2010, I was excited to be back in the Midwest near where I grew up in MO. My, husband has since retired, and we chose to make the St. Louis metro-east our home. We have 5 children, 3 adults living in various places in the US, 2 active Teens, and an adorable chocolate lab.

Massage Therapy is truly a passion and life's calling. I love learning more about our bodies and how massage and body work can support our health and wellness journeys by relaxing and nourishing body, mind and spirit.
