I believe massage is more than simply working out tight muscles—it’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space to feel better.

My approach to bodywork is therapeutic, intuitive, and deeply relaxing. I combine thoughtful massage techniques with an awareness of the whole person, tailoring each session to what your body needs that day—whether that means easing chronic tension, recovering from everyday stress, improving mobility, or simply giving yourself permission to rest.

As a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master, I also bring an energetic and intuitive element to my work for clients who enjoy a more holistic approach.

My goal is simple: to help you leave feeling more comfortable in your body, more grounded, and a little more like yourself.
