I am committed to your long-term health and well-being through Barefoot massage. Discover all the benefits you'll enjoy as one of my valued clients.

I will help with body aches and pains, but don't just think of these services as a therapeutic remedy. Massage has preventative advantages, too. Regularly scheduled body maintenance can prevent injuries and improve your health! The concept of body maintenance is this: if you own a car, you know it is important to take it in for regularly scheduled tune-ups. Without regular maintenance, the life of your vehicle is dramatically reduced right?

Would you skip a tire rotation? Never replace the oil or check the breaks? Of course not. SO... why wouldn't you sign yourself up for regular body maintenance?

I offer wellness/maintenance plans and a yearly special Prepay program help get you started on regular body work at a value price point.

I look forward to getting to know you personally!
