My name is Crystal, and together with my husband Devon, we run a home-based practice here in Winnipeg.

Specializing in the neck and shoulder, I like to focus on a therapeutic approach to treatments and long term health. I take an exercise science-based approach with many of my treatments and believe a strong body significantly reduces injury with increased mobility. New clients that no-show for their first appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service amount from their missed appointment at the next booking. Should you need to cancel, kindly give us 2 hours notice so we can fill that time slot.
