I began my career in the chiropractic field in 2004, working alongside talented chiropractors and eventually coming to specialize in injury and structural issues. This led me to dive deeper into myofascial and structural release techniques to help my clients achieve more sustainable, foundational changes through a wholistic understanding of how the human body is interconnected, including the biochemical benefits of massage on mental health.

When not providing massage therapy to my clients, I'm home educating my children and diving into life including holistic nutrition, soil, plants and all things permaculture.
