Art of Align Bodywork Therapy is owned and operated by Pauline Marquez, who has been a therapist since 2019 and Master Certified in MAT. On staff as a therapist is her son-in-law, Scott Donohue, who has been a therapist for 13 years and has several Myoskeletal Alignment Certifications completed. Their goal is to assess posture, alignment, range of motion and tissue texture abnormality and then address the root cause of the issue in order to establish to the best of their ability a pain-free walking cycle for the client. This is the primary goal and Eric Dalton's Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques along with massage is practiced in order to achieve this.

MAT uses contract-relax techniques, stretching, compression, nerve flossing and massage to help the nervous system feel less threatened by what has previously been identified as a painful movement.

Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques is created by Eric Dalton, they will listen to you and your body, give you a thorough intake, as well as assessing postural and movement patterns which helps to show where the brain-body disconnect is, and then create a proper treatment plan that is right for you as you begin your journey on your freedom from pain living: to the absolute best of their ability.
