Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens, so please do your best to be considerate of your therapists time so your appointment can be rebooked. 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

The Therapy etiquette recommendation is arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to have a longer Foot Soak. Clients who show late will receive the amount of time remaining and will be expected to pay for the full service.
