Thai bodywork is a deep and functional bodywork modality. Juan's training and practice combines trigger point release and traditional Thai bodywork techniques for a deep and relaxing session.

Done on a large floor mat that allows practitioner to fully utilize leverage on the recipient. Juan will use his feet, knees, hands, and elbows at varying pressures. He will also move the recipient into various positions allowing deeper access to joints and muscles than most other modalities.

Yoga clothes, or similar, are encouraged.

Table Massages are also offered and can utilize gliding techniques with massage lotion.
