Believe in bliss. It does exist. Even during this pandemic. I've added new safety measures in office and some new, risk-free, online sessions on Zoom for Neurovascular Release™, Distance Healings, Intuitive Readings, Blissed Bodywork Online, and Yoga Therapy from my personal retreat at my home at Gothic Gables. Let's connect!

Its was a fantastic 5 years in Vancouver and its time to expand and rebrand!

Blissed Bodywork has moved to La Center, WA, added another treatment room, PLUS a boutique movement studio, transforming into Blissed Wellness! Furnished with Bhrigha's own hand-finished, vintage and antique Gothíque Chic creations, you will feel like you stepped back in time but pampered with modern amenities.

I am not your average massage therapist. I can help you create foundational embodiment, uncover emotional resilience, and experience spiritual attunement, as you connect to your body, mind, heart and spirit through Craniosacral, Neurovascular Release™, Bowenwork, Reiki, Yoga, Pranic Healing, Intuitive Readings, educational classes and more.

Where Science Meets Woo
I'm Bhrigha and I believe that you exist to find ease, not to live in pain. My approach blends the physical and metaphysical, leaving no stone unturned in search of methods to help you feel your absolute best.

For over 30 years I’ve walked the path of holistic health and metaphysical studies, studied healing practices and religions of the world looking for all the ways humans have found their zen, nirvana, euphoria, satori—AKA bliss.

Joseph Campbell said:

“If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be. My general formula for my students is ‘Follow your bliss.’ Find where it is, and don't be afraid to follow it.” --Joseph Campbell, The Power of Myth, pp. 120, 149

Mystic and scholar, Joseph Campbell has been a huge inspiration to me over the years. The journey to bliss isn’t always completely blissful, so we need to treasure it when we realize we are in that state and work even harder to remain in a perpetual state of bliss. It is our birthright! To me, bliss is when the mind and body and spirit are in tune with each other and there is peace on all levels, no matter what is going on externally. The stress of daily living floats away and is kept at bay for a least a little while.

Whether you call this state bliss, zen, nirvana, euphoria, it is essential to find it in your life and it is my goal with Blissed Bodywork to help you get there. The butterfly is the logo for my company because it is a universal symbol of transformation on all levels; and butterflies make me feel blissful whenever they flutter into my life! Also, my absolutely favorite bone in the body is the sphenoid, which is butterfly shaped, and energetically related to psychic abilities & intuition.

I offer these various holistic health offerings to balance the body, mind, spirit, & soul: Bowenwork, Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, Neurovascular Release ™, Intra Oral/TMJ work, Energetic Alchemy, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Pregnancy Massage, Intuitive Life Readings, Aromatherapy, Private Yoga Instruction, in addition to classes to inform, enrich, and enlighten.

Taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it is a necessity for a healthy and happy life. Feel free to browse my website and if you feel so inclined, please contact me to set up a free Blissed phone consultation. I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Brightest Blissed Blessings!
