I am an experienced licensed massage therapist and life coach. I use therapeutic massage and wellness methods that can help you achieve overall well-being. I recommend myofascial release work to assist the communication between the neuromuscular system. Contact me if you are experiencing chronic pain or if you are trying to avoid surgery. I use a recovery method that allows your body to promote its own stem cell regeneration.

In addition, I completed my life coach training at Robbins-Madanes Training under my teachers, Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. I’ve been coaching clients nationwide and facilitating their self and wellness development. If you feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity, self-motivation, growth and wellness. I also teach techniques to manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

The breakthroughs are endless when you combine massage therapy, myofascial release, recovery and life coaching. I can customize a package for you that will include therapeutic sessions, life coaching, wellness coaching, and a nutritional plan approved by the FDA if you are looking for an overall holistic approach. I hope to meet you soon.
