Hi, I’m Leena! I look forward to connecting with individuals who are seeking healing, relaxation, and positive transformation—both physically and mentally. Promoting a health-minded lifestyle is something I value deeply and it’s a mindset I strive to share with each client I work with.

As a mom I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is to care for both the body and the mind—not just for myself, but for my family. Bodywork and massage have made a powerful impact on my life, helping me manage stress, stay grounded, and maintain physical wellness. That impact has extended to my loved ones as well, reinforcing my belief in the incredible healing potential of therapeutic touch.

I’m a recent graduate of the Integrative Bodywork School of Massage Therapy and hold certifications in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Pregnancy, Infant and Geriatric Techniques, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Foot Reflexology, and Day Spa Techniques including Hot Stone Massage.

Beyond these certifications I’ve received additional training in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Yoga Massage, Vibrational Sound Healing, Tui Na, Positional Release, and Lomi Lomi. This variety of techniques allows me to tailor each session to support your individual needs—whether that means relaxation, recovery, or deeper healing.

I’m also committed to ongoing learning and growth, continuing to study under experienced mentors who are experts in a wide range of medical and therapeutic bodywork. Their guidance helps me deepen my practice and offer the best possible care to my clients.
