Sevati Massage and Wellness is an inclusive massage therapy studio located in Portland's historic Goose Hollow neighborhood. With nearly 30 years of experience, Amy Rose, LMT, helps facilitate healing through nervous system regulation, calming therapeutic touch, and transformative bodywork. Her approach incorporates a variety of modalities, including Swedish Massage, Maya Abdominal Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Prenatal Massage, tailored to each client's individual needs.

Amy also offers Pelvic Floor Therapy, a gentle approach to addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary incontinence, discomfort, and muscle tension. This work pairs well with Maya Abdominal Massage as these complementary therapies offer a more comprehensive approach to supporting abdominal and pelvic health, encouraging relaxation, improved mobility, and balanced muscular function.

While pelvic floor concerns affect people of all genders, her current level of training in her practice focuses on individuals with pelvic anatomy typically associated with those assigned female at birth, though many pelvic floor concerns, no matter the anatomy, can be addressed through external abdominal massage. Please feel free to contact Amy if you have any questions.

At Sevati, every client is welcomed into a safe, calming, and supportive environment. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, looking to improve mobility, or simply wanting to relax and restore, Amy's goal is to help you feel more comfortable, balanced, and connected to your body.
