Welcome, my name is Kathy Giesler. I am the owner and message therapist at Elevate Massage and Bodyworks. After spending many years in the healthcare industry I have chosen to pursue my life-long dream of becoming a massage therapist. I have always been fascinated by the amazing benefits that holistic care and therapeutic bodywork provides.

My purpose as a massage therapist is to provide you with effective, individualized massage in a respectful, relaxing, and therapeutic environment. Whether your goal is to relieve muscular tension, reduce chronic pain, or simply relax, I will customize a therapy plan to fit your needs using one or more of several available modalities.

I am trained in multiple massage modalities from the classic relaxation of a Swedish massage to therapeutic massage targeting the correction of postural deviations. I enjoy the opportunity to share knowledge of how self care with my clients. I believe the investment you make in your self is the best investment there is. We will work together to Elevate your wellness through taking the time to understand your needs and apply the technique or combination of techniques that fit your needs.
