I enjoy the various challenges the human body presents and helping you get long term, positive results! I have a passion for helping people who are experiencing pain and muscle strain. The body is an amazing machine; one with emotions, chemical interactions and reactions, and the ability to change with knowledge and intent. I am fascinated by, and love to optimize, this machine called the human body.

In helping to resolve this pain, I employ Structural Integration techniques which result in lasting change, especially when combined with client education and active participation in their wellness. By utilizing other modalities such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, intraoral massage, dynamic and static cupping, and other methods, combined with knowledge and intuition gained from eight years performing orthopedic assessments and massage on individuals from all walks of life, my track record speaks for itself.
