We all vibrate because every single thing in the universe vibrates because every single thing is energy. Science has proven this but the ancient healing medicine has known this all along. When we are happy or grateful or feeling healthy or all of these we are in a higher coherent frequency vibration. It's harmonic. Energy flows freely, we are in our rythyms. But when we are depressed, or are sick, we are in lower discordent vibration, dense energy which is stuck. When we have stuck energy we don't feel so good and our life may not be so well, we our out of our rythyms, out of balance.

In our world we are affected by a lot of chaotic energy. Our technology, our jobs, our way of life and even our thought processes can affect our rythyms.

Many years ago I was introduced to Lisa Murphy, Fairhaven Healing Arts after I'd tried every kind of medical mode to to heal my depression. We discovered I had PTSD and we set out on a healing journey together, healing the trauma, by healing my brain states, using Sound healing, body work and freeing energy points and bringing me back into my rythyms. The truth is in your cells she always says. So this rythym, harmony, love and peace, her wisdom she who is my mentor still, shared with me, remains in my cells.

I've learned from one of the best teachers. I'm now doing this work as an energy healer, Reiki 3, CYT, body worker who recently got my LMT and I am happy to give back.
