As a wife, mother, and full time student I understand the complexities and challenges of finding a balance in caring for myself as I care for others. I have a strong background in medicine having practiced as a nurse for 20 years and it's obvious to me that self care is important not only for prevention of disease but also for enjoying an active and healthy lifestyle. I am passionate about providing natural and holistic care for my clients through therapeutic touch. In my practice I have provided relaxing, deep tissue, and hot stone massages. I have found all of these to be therapeutic and effective for my clients based on their individual needs and comfort levels.
